BOARDING

10% discount applied to second horse simultaneously boarded, 15% discount applied to third horse simultaneously boarded, etc

Full Care:                  $405 / month        $150 / week                    $30 / day

Includes:     

v     Stall with Bedding and Once Daily Cleaning Service

v     Daily Turnout

v     Hay/Pasture Consistently Available with "Grain" Feeding Twice per Day Including Owner Provided Supplements

v     Maintenance Supplements: Daily Wormer, Paste Wormer (Three/year), Psyllium, Electrolytes, Fly Control, and Mineral Blocks

v     Blanketing Service (Owner provided blanket)

v     Personalized Halter and Lead Rope (After 3 months of Boarding)

Required, and scheduled, but not included:

v     Vaccinations:

o       Influenza, Rhinopneumonitis, Eastern Encephalomyelitis, Western Encephalomyelitis, West Nile Virus (Every 6 months)

o       Tetanus, Rabies, Strangles,  (Annually)

v     Annual Dental Treatment

v     Regular Farrier Service

Premium Care:         $735 / month        $250 / week                    $65 / day

Includes:     

v     All Full Care Services

v     Grooming and Bathing

v     Regular Clipping and Mane Pulling

v     Professional Training / Supervised Exercise as needed

TRAINING

Full Training             $350 / month                  $100 / week

Includes:           Professional Training 5 – 6 Days a week

Grooming and Bathing

Regular Clipping and Mane Pulling

Partial Training       $200 / month                 

Includes:           Professional Training 2 – 3 Days a week

Training Rides                    $45 / ride

LEASING

Leasing between Boarders (Owners) and private individuals is the responsibility of the parties involved. Iron Horse Equestrian (IHE) will serve in an advisory capacity only. All billing and financial arrangements are the responsibility of the Owner and Lessee. For IHE horses, the following rates apply:

    Full Lease                  Approximately $450 / month

Lessee receives unlimited and exclusive use of the horse in exchange for paying all of the horse’s expenses (including farrier and vet).

Mane Pulling:           $20                       Grooming:           $15

Clipping – Head:      $10                       Bathing:                $15

Clipping – Legs:       $10                       Clipping – Body:  $125

Braiding – Mane:     $30                        Unbraiding:          $10

Braiding – Tail:        $30

Rehab after Injuries:     $20 per day      (Hosing, wrapping, hand walking, etc)

LESSONS

ALL LESSON CANCELLATIONS  MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 12 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED LESSON, OR FEES ARE  STILL OWED.

New Rider Package:           $180         (4 Introductory Private Lessons)

New IHE Student Package:    $135      (3 Introductory Private Lessons)

Group:                       $30 / lesson                  $110 for 4            $300 for 12

Semi-Private:              $35 / 1 hour lesson       $125 for 4             $355 for 12

Private:                      $30 / ½ hour lesson       $110 for 4             $300 for 12

                   $45 / 1 hour lesson        $165 for 4             $465 for 12

Practice Rides:           $25 / 1 hour ride            $90 for 4               $250 for 12

All lessons must be taken within 6 months of purchase or fees are forfeited.

HORSE SHOWS

Daily Schooling:       $30 / horse / day

Trailering:                 Approximately $1.25 / mile – Split Among Exhibitors

Using an IHE Horse:       $30 / day

Daily Care:     $10 / day       (Waived for IHE Boarders)

      Includes: Mucking, Feeding, etc

Other Charges:        Split Among Exhibitors (Tack Stalls, IHE Expenses, etc)
