will serve in an advisory capacity only. All billing and financial arrangements are the
responsibility of the Owner and Lessee. For IHE horses, the following rates apply: Full Lease Approximately $450 / monthLessee receives
unlimited and exclusive use of the horse in exchange for paying all of the horses
